Policy on Intellectual Property Infringement

  1. Registration and Payment, Registration for the seminar must be completed through our official website or by contacting our customer service. Payment must be made in full at the time of registration or by installment. We accept various payment methods as specified on our website. All prices are quoted in [currency] and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (specify as applicable).
  2. Cancellation and Refund Policy. No cancellations or refunds are permitted once the payments are made; however, you may postpone your attendance to any available date within 12 months, provided you notify us at least 2 weeks in advance. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the seminar. 
  3. Participation and Conduct. Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the participant being asked to leave the seminar without a refund. Participants must comply with all health and safety guidelines, including any COVID-19-related protocols.
  4. Intellectual Property. All seminar materials, including presentations, handouts, and digital content, are the intellectual property of the training provider.  Participants are not permitted to record, reproduce, or distribute any seminar materials without prior written consent.
  5. Privacy and Data Protection. Personal data collected during registration will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website. . By registering for the seminar, participants consent to the use of their data for the purposes of administering the seminar and providing relevant information.
  6. Liability. The training provider is not responsible for any personal items lost or damaged during the seminar. The training provider’s liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from participation in the seminar is limited to the total amount of fees paid by the participant.
  7. Force Majeure. The training provider is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations if such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.
  8. Amendments. The training provider reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any such amendments will be communicated to participants via email and will be posted on our website.
